Our dry division has concluded numerous fixtures on spot and COA basis with leading Indian and abroad charterers. We are empanelled with Mines & Minerals Trading Corporation (MMTC) and SAIL. The Dry division focuses on rendering services to owners and charterers in the following areas:

• Time charters
• CoA’s with leading government importers
• Assistance with charter party negotiations
• Assistance with operational and commercial issues
• Advisory on Indian market and charterers requirements
• Assistance with business development
• Advisory on significant changes in Indian landscape including shipping patterns and requirements

Our sale and purchase division has concluded various transactions for numerous vessels for national and international clients, focusing on rendering services in the following areas:

• We are working on tankers, bulk carriers, containerships, gas carrier, offshore and car carrier segment extensively including new buildings as well as second hand sales.
• Demolition has always been our key focus area, having strong relations with major cash buyers globally.
• Being in touch with major banks and courts, we can also provide vessels to our clients through distressed deals and court auctions.

The Gas division focuses on rendering services to owners and charterers in the following areas:

• FSRU projects (globally) are amongst our key focus area in LNG, with special attention to the projects in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
• We are also working closely with GAIL for their LNG tender.
• On sale & purchase front, we are closely in touch with the major LNG/FSRU owners across the globe.
• We are actively involved in small and large scale LNG newbuilding projects with reputed Japanese, South Korean and Chinese Shipyards.
• We have special focus on LPG chartering for spot and time charter.

Our commercial management division can work with clients in helping maximize the earnings of the fleet with appropriate mix of short and long term charters. The Commercial Management division focuses on rendering services in the following areas:

• Management of fleet of vessels of client for optimized deployment and earnings
• Placement of vessels on long term charters
• Securing CoA’s for sustained employment of vessels
• Balancing between short term and long term charters to maximize earnings and insulate from fluctuations in the market
